Having decided to sell our house, we contacted Sumner Pridham and were visited by Martin on a Saturday morning. Having had Negative experiences with selling property in the past, we were somewhat apprehensive, though our worries were dispelled at once as Martin breezed through the house in a whirlwind of positivity and helpful suggestions.
