Having decided to sell our house, we contacted Sumner Pridham and were visited by Martin on a Saturday morning. Having had Negative experiences with selling property in the past, we were somewhat apprehensive, though our worries were dispelled at once as Martin breezed through the house in a whirlwind of positivity and helpful suggestions. We were further encouraged as Martin recounted how many of the properties near us he’d sold in the past! As we discussed things, Martin said he had a client in mind and telephoned her. She was immediately interested and came round to view the house while my wife and I took a walk round Dunorlan Park. When we returned, we had a buyer on our hands! In our dealings with Sumner Pridham, everything has been handled cooly, professionally and with great care to let us know what’s happening, while keeping disruption to a minimum. The photographs of the house were extremely well done and presented delightfully. In all, this has been a hugely positive experience and we would have no hesitation in recommending Sumner Pridham to anyone buying or selling a property.
