Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. For mortgage advice you can choose how we are paid:

• No fee, we will be paid by commission from the lender.
• A fee of 0.60% of the loan for arranging a mortgage, payable when we submit the mortgage application to the lender. For example, if you borrow £100,000 we will charge you a fee of £600. We will refund to you any commission received from the lender.
• We usually offer Home Insurance from a selected panel of providers.
• We usually offer Payment Protection Insurance from a selected panel of providers.
